About CTJ
The idea of Cape Town Jacks started during the Covid19 pandemic, when a small group of guys would hang out over cam and chat groups just to enjoy each other's company, connect and share the pleasures and intimacy of jerking off play. Once the pandemic lifted, the need to continue the same energy but only in a physical space was still felt by all involved. Many men feel a sense of anxiety with the penetration-focused hook-up culture which leads to a lot of mental health challenges and performance issues not to mention body image struggles. CTJacks aims to create an environment where guys can connect socially first and sexually second.
Inspired by legendary masturbation clubs around the world such as Rain City Jacks and New York Jacks, Cape Town Jacks hope to connect like-minded men and start a culture of social masturbation in South Africa.

CTJ hosts plenty of guys who prefer masturbation as their primary sexual expression but also those who look for alternative social experiences. We are a community of men who love all kinds of sex and honour every man’s desires, be they for men or women, for long-term partnerships, polyamory, NSA play or solosex. Our members range from the very vanilla to the utterly kinky and everything in-between. Jacks are a fantastically mixed community of authentic men who connect around the common ground of social masturbation.

The jack-off club eliminates the need to cruise for sex buddies, discuss or disclose HIV status or negotiate safe sex parameters. The events are all hosted by willing volunteers and ensure a hygienic and comfortable environment. The events are always drug-free as we believe sober fun is the best kind. Poppers are allowed at events where the host permits and other guests feel comfortable with it as poppers affect each person differently.
We believe that jerking off and mutual jo play are very low risk for contracting STD's, we encourage all participants to look after their sexual health and get STD screenings to play with peace of mind. In the jack off the club, we also do not prescribe sexual roles like "tops or bottoms" and there is even no meaningful difference here between gay, bi and straight.

Our goal for the events is to create an environment of true diversity, of all ages, races, orientations, physical build and backgrounds. We do not tolerate ageism, racism or body shaming in any form. We have a strict code of conduct that all need to adhere to or we will ask you to leave the event and will not be welcome back.

Re-connect South African men with their own sexual and sensual selves and eliminate the stigma around jerking off as only a "foreplay" or "pre-sex" activity but to see the true power in solo and mutual masturbation. To create a supportive community where men create healthy connections and new friendships and overcome any insecurities or loneliness that the hookup culture has created.
